Cookie Disaster!

Everyday I read:

WOW!

Some ALL are just breathtaking and she makes it look so darn EASY!

So being a "has been" cake decorate in another life,

I got out my colors and tips.

Couldn't find my bags so I used baggies. 

Works great!

I made the dough and baked the cookies.

Easy!

Done!

Did not break a single one of them.

Of course I could of used the cookies for disk's and really hurt someone!

But they were nice and neat!

By the time I get to THIS PART

It has been THREE HOURS!

and lots of taste tests, I have only three cookies left!

NOT!

Ok, I had four!

I was so tired about 4 hours into this,

My back was killing me from standing.

I was sick of eating more than I should!

So I just did a scribble design!

All pretty and colorful,

But not near as neat, nor even looked like the picture.

I have a horse cookie cutter too....

NOT EVEN going attempt what I want to with THAT ONE!!

Anything is possible!

Star the HO.HO.HO.......

For the past two days, I have been putting Buddy in the pasture with Libby and Star.

The first day, Buddy was a bully.

Chasing Star and Libby.

Libby did not put up with it, but Star would run and hide in the corner.

The second time he pretty much minded his manners and was a pretty good boy.

Star still ran and hid, but she did come out of hiding to see what he was up to.

TODAY:

WOW!

What a difference!

I saw Star run up to Buddy, and she was chomping and salivating.

I was not sure what was going on

until...

I saw her back up to him!

HIT ME OVER THE HEAD WITH A CROW BAR!!!!!

Star is in heat and boy does she LOVE Buddy now!

 Buddy was a bit confused by the whole thing.

First he thought maybe Star wanted him to use her butt for a pillow.

 Then he must of thought he was suppose to lean on her.

 Then finally he thought she wanted him to rub his head all over her.

 "YOU IDIOT!" Star seems to be saying!

"Huh?" Buddy questioningly looked at her.

 "I am a guy! What do I know?"

 "Well I am trying every trick in the book, but evidently YOU did not read it!"

 "What book? I did not know there was a book."

"Well there is, and YOU did not read it!"

"Well when you figure it out, let me know."

and with that, Buddy wandered off.

Star got so frustrated she kept running up to him

and backing into his face.

At one point he sniffed, and blew his nose!

Thank goodness Buddy IS FIXED! 

He never showed any sign of doing anything.

I felt really sorry for my horny little ass Donkey.

But now they are all together.

I have let them all out in the large pasture, and Libby is off trying to eat every blade of grass,

and Star and Buddy are hanging out together.

All is peaceful.

I HOPE!

Pedro/Buddy is home....

Pedro? Buddy? I really like the name Buddy, but he responds, sometimes to Pedro.

Last Weekend:

Well ButtHead Pedro/Buddy Is on his home turf!

And he is quite bossy!

 Right now his temporary home is the round pen.

It very well might become his permanent home!

ButtHead Pedro:  "Do I smell some cookies?"

ButtHead Pedro:  "I just KNOW there is a cookie in your pocket!"

 Star: "Mom? Did you bring somebody home?"

ME: "Yes Star. He is your new buddy!"

 Star:  "Ok I will go be nice to him and welcome him home!"

Well ButtHead Pedro made points right off the get go!
He pinned his ears at Libby, and glared at Star. You can't see it in the picture, but Star is hiding in the lean to.

Libby doesn't care one way or the other. She just floats.

Today:
I thought I would let them all out together.
Come what may!

I kept watch just in case....

For the most part:
ButtHead Pedro chased Star and tried to put the power on Libby.
One good swift kick with her hind feet, and then just ignoring him put him in his place.
But poor Star...
She tried!
She gave it her all....
Her legs are just to short!
ButtHead Pedro chased her all around.
He only quit chasing her after Star went and hid in the lean to.

He was totally happy when he had Libby all to himself!
The little monster!

At one point, Star and ButtHead Pedro were like a couple of kids....
Star made a run for Libby and put Libby between her and him...
THEN she ran to me, and tried to hide behind me...
But then she kept on going, and I was not in any danger.
I had my whip just in case though.

So I could not take it anymore,
I put ButtHead Pedro back in his round pen, and put Libby back with Star.

I have determined that ButtHead Pedro wants everything to himself!
Libby.
Me.
He is a very jealous and possessive boy!

I do not know how to work this out.
My plan is to let them all out together about an hour a day.

I don't want to Star to be alone, That will NOT do!
That was not the point in getting ButtHead Pedro.

So anyone have any ideas?
I am willing to try anything to get them all to get along.
I really want this to work, because ButtHead Pedro
IS REALLY A sweet boy
and knows a lot of stuff.

How many birds?

How many birds can fit in a bird feeder?

Well this one is an antique light cover, and it is pretty neat.

Up until now, only one bird was allowed to eat.

They would chase anyone away the even thought of sharing...

No sharing was allowed!

 Then we had about a week of ROBINS!

Oh my the pastures were just covered in them.

I have not in all my life seen this many robins.

It was just beautiful.

And I loved to listen to them.

I would sit and watch them.

They would fight over a worm and it was so cute.

 They sure were FAT!

I don't know how this guy got off the ground but he did.

I don't know where all the birds went, but I don't see any more Robins,

and very few snow birds.

This all happened about 2 weeks ago.

Yes, I am lagging in my blogging!

Blame it on Pedro!
