My Hummin machine!

My sewing machine has been humming non stop!
I have been in a sewing mood, and boy have I been sewing!
I made some outfits for Briann, my grand-daughter.
Here, her mom is doing a photo shoot, and Briann was enjoying it
in the beginning, but then things went south when it came to the Yellow outfit.
She was looking for a pocket and couldn't find one!
So I know what each outfit is going to need now! LOL

This outfit is reversable!
It turned out a lot cuter than I had planned.

The hat that goes with it, is just the perfect accessory!

This outfit is made from t-shirts. This one is really cute, But.....

This one just not so good!

Looking for pockets!

Here she is upset, because she could not find her pocket!

This one, was the cutest of all I made.

So I sewed up something for Parker.
It is so hard to sew for boys!
There is just nothing out there that does not look cheezy!
If it looks half way decent, then it is a pretty difficult pattern.
So most of the clothes are going to be for Brainn.
Girls outfits are sometimes just to easy to make.
But here is Parker
 modeling a vest I made.

A close up of the vest.

It is REVERSIBLE too, and here is the camo side,
with a hat to match!

Next I will be sewing something for Cody.

Sometimes ya just gotta go for it!

This week Cody has been getting off the School bus at my house.
I love it when I get to have him over.
He is at the age, when I wished I had a bunch of rabbits,
or chickens, and a goat or two.
Maybe even a pig or a cow.
A mini pony would be perfect for him!
Anyway, I have been trying for a MONTH to get some good pictures of my Ladies.
All I get are Blurry ones.
Butt ones.
Tail ones.
But never any really good ones.

Well this week, Cody has been going out to help me feed.
I take the camera with me, and Sissy did a few little jaunts in the pasture, but nothing that I could really get a good photo of.

As I got their hay, out I handed the camera to Cody, and asked him to just hold it.
He did. He held it up like he was taking pictures.
So I took it out of the movie mode, and put it on pics, and told him to
GO FOR IT!
Take all the pictures you want.
(I LOVE DIGITAL!)
He was having a great time!
When I down loaded the pictures that he took,
My heart skipped a beat or two,
because what YOU are seeing is through
a Child's eye!

ENJOY!

"I" had to get a photo of my photographer and his subjects!

I think all next week, I am going to put Cody in Charge of the camera!
He does way better than I do!
Oh Yeah, did you notice something about the pictures that Cody took, VS the ones I took?

I will give you a hint......

A Wealth of information on Digital Photos!

I just came across a blog that my hubby actually directed me to.
 Go here:
(Because he said there was some photos of horses here.
I have not found them yet.)

You will see that he has a lot of information on how to take photos.
What to do with them after you take them.

A lot of reading
But a lot of information too.

Follow his blog.

I was thinking of all you bloggers out there that want to take better pictures when I was reading his blog.
I am one of them. I take a ton of pictures and that PERFECT shot that I am always after
never seems to happen.

Well now it just might!

NOTE: I am sorry I ooped on the link. I believe it is correct now!
My Apologies!
I was tired!
PLUS I was looking at places to stay in Levenworth as we plan on taking a bike trip
there this summer in July.
